Siam Minerals is pleased to announce our latest milestone in expanding our operations. Building on our success in providing mud management plans and drilling fluid products over the past years, we are now extending our reach into Malaysia with the establishment of Siam Minerals Sdn Bhd.

Our products have proven effective in drilling operations in various geological settings across Southeast Asia, including Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Thailand, Indonesia, and Germany. We are now excited to offer our high-quality drilling fluids to local contractors in Kuala Lumpur and other cities in Malaysia as well.

Our drilling fluids are specifically formulated to perform exceptionally well in the diverse geological conditions found in Malaysia. This includes sedimentary basins, which often feature active clay and sand; granite intrusions with hard rock and weathered granite soils; and karst landscapes characterized by limestone rock and residual clay soils.

Our extensive experience with drilling projects in Thailand, Indonesia, and Singapore proves the reliability and effectiveness of our products for deep foundation and tunneling operations in similar geological environments. As by mid this year, our project record has reached the 250 projects milestone. This experience ensures that our solutions are well-suited to meet the unique challenges of Malaysia's geology.

With the establishment of Siam Minerals Sdn Bhd, we are prepared to meet Malaysia's growing demand for efficient and sustainable urban development. Malaysia's urbanization rate has significantly increased, tripling from 28.4% in 1970 to 75.1% in 2020. This rapid urban growth highlights the need for advanced infrastructure and sustainable development solutions​. In 2023, Malaysia made progress in extending organizational structures and infrastructure projects. Cities are connecting with new high-speed railways, underground vehicular tunnel networks are alleviating traffic congestion, and new MRT projects are supporting sustainable urban growth​.

Since its inception, Siam Minerals group has consistently pushed the boundaries of mud engineering expertise in the civil engineering industry. Over the past seven years, we have developed a deep understanding of drilling systems, extended our product portfolio for deep foundation and tunneling drilling fluid products, and set benchmarks with numerous successful mud management plans for both bentonite-based and pure polymer-based drilling fluid systems across Indonesia, Thailand, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Taiwan
