SIM BIND 18 is an aqueous solution of basic polyaluminium chloride. It is a highly efficient coagulant that works effectively in various water treatment processes, including sludge dewatering, in accordance with DIN EN 883. Due to its cationic charge, SIM BIND 18 quickly destabilizes and aggregates anionic components and colloid particles, leading to rapid settling and effective solid-liquid separation.
